Yes. OMVIC, CRA, most lenders, and OEMs accept digital document retention provided records are complete, legible, and securely stored with proper audit trails. ClickDocs is built specifically to satisfy these standards.
Can we keep our existing scanners and cloud storage?
Absolutely. ClickDocs integrates with existing MFPs and cloud storage. It watches ingest folders, auto-parses PDFs, and files documents to the correct deal with tags and checklists.
How does ClickDocs handle multi-rooftop dealer groups?
Shared templates, access policies, and cross-store search are configurable at the group level. Central leadership gets full visibility while individual rooftops retain operational control.
Do you handle document shredding or off-site storage?
We do not collect, store, or shred physical documents. We equip your team with tools and workflows to manage digitization and retention in-house, with full playbooks and onboarding support.
